A booking with HRK Adventures is confirmed once we have communicated with you directly (via WhatsApp, email, or phone) and agreed on the tour, date, number of participants, and price. Prices shown on this website are per the bike or fishing package selected and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
We understand plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion. Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund.
Riders must meet the minimum age requirement for the selected tour and be in adequate physical health to participate in dirt bike riding or fishing activities. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have written parental consent. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity should consult a doctor before booking and inform us in advance.
All dirt bike tours include safety gear (helmet and protective equipment) which must be worn at all times during the ride. Participants must follow the instructions of their guide at all times. HRK Adventures reserves the right to refuse or end participation for any guest who does not follow safety instructions or who appears unfit to continue.
Dirt bike riding and fishing are activities that carry inherent risk. By booking a tour with HRK Adventures, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility. HRK Adventures and its guides will take reasonable care to ensure a safe experience but are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tours may be rescheduled or modified due to weather conditions, trail safety, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and offer an alternative date where possible.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
