Sunrise Volcanic Dirt Bike Adventure on Kintamani’s Slopes

Kick‑off at Dawn

We meet at 6:30 am at the base camp in Kintamani. After a quick safety briefing, riders fire up their machines as the first light paints the sky. The early start lets you conquer the volcanic terrain before the heat climbs.

Trail Overview

The route follows the famed Mount Batur rim trail, weaving through ash‑covered paths, rocky ridges, and emerald‑green lava fields. Expect a mix of:

• Loose volcanic soil that tests traction.
• Steep climbs up to 1,500 m a.s.l.
• Technical switchbacks requiring controlled throttle.

Cooling & Refreshment Breaks

To keep adrenaline high and bodies cool, we schedule two short stops:

• Break #1 (8:30 am) – A shaded coffee hut overlooking the crater lake. Fresh Balinese coffee and bottled water are provided.
• Break #2 (10:00 am) – A natural rock shelter with a misting fan installed by HRK Adventures. Grab a fruit snack and hydrate before the final descent.

Descent and Sunset Finish

The ride ends with a thrilling descent back to the base, arriving around 11:30 am. Riders can relax in the lounge, share photos, and enjoy a light lunch before heading out.

What to Bring

• Full‑face helmet (mandatory).
• Light jacket – mornings are cool.
• Sun protection for the later part of the ride.
• Personal water bottle.
