By booking a tour, renting a bike, or purchasing any product from HRK Dirt Bikes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 1 day before are full refund.
- Cancel during the day of the activity/service will be treated as no-show, 50% charge applied as cancellation fee.
- Tours may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions at our discretion.
Liability & Insurance
HRK Dirt Bikes is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour. All participants ride at their own risk. It is highly recommended that you have travel insurance that covers motorbike activities.
Bike Damage & Responsibility
All bikes and parts are covered by insurance. However, any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or reckless riding is the rider’s responsibility.
If you crash the bike due to ignoring safety advice. Such as being told to slow down or correct your riding technique, you will be required to cover the cost of major damage.
Ride smart and stay safe. You came to Bali for a good time, not a hospital visit or an unexpected repair bill.

Photos & Social Media
We may take photos/videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Let us know in advance if you don’t want to be featured.
Weather & Trail Conditions
Bali’s weather can change quickly. Rides go ahead rain or shine, but we may adjust the route if necessary for safety. HRK reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unsafe conditions.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide is kept confidential and used only for booking or communication related to our services.
